Two-week sales plan
July 21–August 3, 2026 · Akash owns the relationships; the sales system supports him.
reference onlyWhat this plan assumes
St. Pierre helps home-service contractors generate leads and convert them into booked jobs. The sales materials, call preparation, customer history, scripts, and reporting are now strong enough to use. The remaining problem is not a missing strategy document. It is consistently speaking with prospects, asking for the sale, following up, and training another person to repeat the work.
Akash is the founder and first salesperson. He sets the offer, demonstrates the standard, hires the first callers, and judges whether they are ready. A builder can prepare the training and tracking system, but cannot replace Akash’s sales conversations or hiring judgment.
needs youThe five commitments
- Choose one offer and one plain-English promise.
- Akash chooses the exact promise, price, guarantee, and first step.
- The same wording must appear in ads, emails, text messages, calls, and onboarding.
- Old one-dollar and seven-day wording stays off until the decision is made.
Done when: the offer fits on one page and a caller can explain it in thirty seconds without improvising. - Move every real prospect to a dated outcome.
- Dan at Level King Pro receives the next agreed step. If the call happened, save the recording and follow up. If it did not happen, reschedule it.
- Todd receives a voice call only because his text history ends with “STOP.”
- Every current lead is marked as active, not active, or waiting for a specific date.
- Akash makes at least two direct asks each sales day: book, decide, pay, or refer.
Done when: no real prospect sits in the system without an owner, next action, and date. - Run the first controlled outbound calling test.
- Use the existing researched company list. Do not order more research.
- Akash calls the first ten companies himself to test the offer and script.
- Record the objections, confusing phrases, and reasons people agree to continue.
- Warm text messages go only to people who have given permission. Raw cold text messaging stays off.
Done when: ten calls produce a short list of script changes and at least one clear next step. - Recruit and certify the first outbound caller.
- The builder prepares the job description, application questions, interview guide, audition, training, quizzes, and daily scorecard.
- Akash reviews the best candidates and conducts the final live audition.
- A candidate must pass the offer quiz, pitch practice, objection practice, system-use test, and supervised call before receiving a live list.
- Hire for one two-week trial with a clear activity and quality standard. Do not hire a vague “sales assistant.”
Done when: one caller is certified for a supervised ten-account pilot, or the candidate pool is rejected with a clear reason. - Run a short daily sales huddle.
- The huddle lasts fifteen minutes and begins with people, not software.
- Each caller states yesterday’s calls, conversations, next steps, and recordings that need review.
- Each caller names today’s list and one skill to improve.
- Akash resolves one blocker, listens to one call segment, and confirms the day’s target.
Done when: the huddle leaves every person with a named list, a number to hit, and one coaching focus.
needs youWeek 1 — prove the sales motion
Tuesday, July 21
- Choose the offer and approve the thirty-second explanation.
- Review Dan’s outcome and set the next action.
- Confirm the SDR and cold-caller role: who they call, why the prospect should care, and what counts as success.
Wednesday–Friday, July 22–24
- Clear every due follow-up before opening a new list.
- Call Todd by voice and run the ten-company founder pilot.
- Make at least two direct asks each day.
- Save useful call recordings and turn real objections into training examples.
- Review the builder’s first SDR recruiting and training package by Friday.
Weekend, July 25–26
- Protect recovery time. Only a booked call or hot prospect interrupts it.
- Use Sunday’s short reset to choose the candidates and live accounts for Week 2.
needs youWeek 2 — put one caller into a supervised pilot
Monday, July 27
- Review the best applicants and reject weak fits quickly.
- Recheck the six warmed email inboxes before any email pilot.
- Reset every live prospect’s next step.
Tuesday–Wednesday, July 28–29
- Run final interviews and live pitch auditions.
- Choose one caller for a two-week supervised trial.
- Have the caller complete the training, quizzes, practice calls, and system-use test.
Thursday–Friday, July 30–31
- Run the first supervised ten-account pilot.
- Listen to recordings and coach one behavior at a time.
- Decide whether the caller advances, repeats training, or exits.
- Review the July 31 no-client warning through sales activity, not by starting another build.
Monday, August 3
- Pilot four carefully verified cold emails only if the inboxes are healthy.
- Continue the calling pilot and follow up every live reply.

reference onlyThe only numbers that matter during this test
- Activity: named calls attempted, real conversations, and due follow-ups completed.
- Quality: recordings reviewed, pitch certification passed, and correct next steps entered.
- Progress: meetings booked, decisions requested, proposals made, and payments collected.
- Speed: fresh qualified leads receive a human response within five minutes whenever Akash or the caller is available.
Do not reward empty call volume, invented pipeline, or dashboard activity that did not move a person.
no actionDo not do these during the sales plan
- Do not build another sales dashboard.
- Do not rewrite the entire sales strategy before testing ten calls.
- Do not give a new caller hundreds of accounts before a supervised pilot.
- Do not send automatic, newly generated messages without the approved script and safety rules.
- Do not make content, advertising, or recruiting a substitute for asking current prospects to buy.
