🎬 The 10 Videos β€” Full Scripts

Vein-cut per the masterclass: every line educates or re-hooks β€” the rest is gone. Each script β‰ˆ2–3 min spoken; the reel that publishes is the 60-second cutdown. V01–V05 = the core five. V06–V10 = founder + doctrine.

Rolling rules: 9:16 Β· same mic + room tone Β· slate every take Β· say "foundation & waterproofing" in every video Β· "with Claude", never "with AI" Β· stakes, never desperation.
Publish the CUTDOWN, not the master. IG only pushes sub-3-min reels to non-followers β€” the long take is for YouTube / VSL / retargeting only.
Packaging: every video has an on-screen TITLE (≀8 words, standalone β€” the text hook outpulls the spoken one) and a FRAME-1 spec (one focal point, works on mute, credential in shot).
Comment words: DEMO + CALENDAR live Β· SEVEN / SYSTEM / AUDIT [confirm rail first].

The Direct Offer

CORE 5OFFER

Door: start.stpierre.ai Β· Belief: B5 act β€” the straight lane, no contrarian take

Title: "10+ jobs in 90 days β€” or free"  Β·  Frame 1: direct to lens, still, mid-shot. No logo, no intro.

Hook

Want ten or more new foundation and waterproofing jobs in the next 90 days?

I build the whole system. You pay only if it works.

Nobody in this industry offers that. Here's why I can.

Body

Your problem isn't the work. It's the calendar. Full one week, dead the next. You can't hire on that.

Step one: I create demand you own. Ads for your company, your market. Not a list five competitors also bought.

Step two: every lead answered in seconds. Qualified in a real conversation, booked onto your calendar. Your rep never drives to a guess.

Step three: the system learns from your sold jobs. Every close makes next month's ads smarter. That's the machine.

Proof

Two years running the lead engine inside one of the most established marketing operations in foundation and waterproofing. 805 contractor websites screened. Millions in tracked revenue.

I built the machine. Now I install it β€” with Claude running the middle of it.

Terms + CTA

Ten or more new foundation and waterproofing jobs in 90 days β€” or you don't pay.

Zero down. Pay after results. Week to week.

No lead vendors. No depending on referrals. No expensive advertising.

One company per market. The application takes two minutes. Link below.

The Leaky Funnel (Chatbot Demo)

CORE 5HOW-TO

Door: comment DEMO Β· Belief pair: break "lead quality" β†’ install "lead INTAKE"

Title: "Your leads aren't ghosting you"  Β·  Frame 1: walking shot, mid-sentence energy. Phone in hand.

Hook

Foundation contractors β€” your Meta leads are not ghosting you.

You are just calling them too late.

Body

Everyone blames the leads. Fires the agency. Buys from a new vendor. Six months later β€” same problem.

Because it was never a quality problem. It's an intake problem. Your funnel leaks between the click and the calendar.

A homeowner fills out your form at 8pm, worried about a wet basement. The form sits in an inbox. Your rep calls back tomorrow afternoon β€” the industry average is four hours.

The job goes to whoever answers in five seconds. That wasn't a bad lead. That was a dead handoff.

Second leak: a form isn't qualification. A conversation is. A form gives you a name and a number β€” not a real project, a real address, a real timeline. So your rep drives to guesses.

The install

The AI-First front door: homeowner reaches out at 11pm, nobody's at the office. Answered in seconds. Qualified in a real conversation. Booked before you wake up.

And AI stays behind the glass β€” it runs the speed and the sorting. A person still talks to the homeowner before a truck rolls. That's how you protect a fourteen-thousand-dollar job.

CTA

Comment DEMO and I'll build it for your company. Free. You'll see it answer for your business before we ever talk.

60s cut: hook β†’ "intake, not quality" β†’ 11pm scene β†’ "form isn't qualification" β†’ DEMO.

The 4 Numbers (Calculator)

CORE 5HOW-TO

Door: comment CALENDAR Β· Belief pair: break "I need a rep" β†’ install "never hire without the 4 numbers"

Title: "Never hire a rep without these 4 numbers"  Β·  Frame 1: seated, notepad in shot β€” the credential is the math.

Hook

You know you need to hire. You're afraid to.

And you should be β€” because you're about to do it on a guess.

Never hire a sales rep without knowing these four numbers.

Body

A hire isn't a leap of faith. It's math. Four numbers.

One: the booked inspections it takes to keep a rep busy. Not leads β€” booked inspections per week. That's the demand floor you clear before day one.

Two: the marketing it takes to feed that floor. Most owners budget the salary and forget to budget the demand.

Three: the revenue the rep should produce. Inspections, times your real close rate, times your average job. If this doesn't clear the first two with room to spare, the math said no β€” courage was never the issue.

Four: what the rep actually costs. Base, commission, truck β€” full OTE. Now the hire is a line item, not a gamble.

Payoff

All four start with the calendar.

You don't have a lead problem. You have a backlog problem β€” a calendar too thin to make the next hire safe.

Get to a three-to-six-week backlog of booked inspections, and hiring stops being scary. It becomes obvious.

CTA

I built a calculator that runs all four numbers for foundation and waterproofing companies. Two minutes. Free, no email wall.

Comment CALENDAR and I'll send it to you.

60s cut: hook β†’ four numbers, one line each β†’ backlog reframe β†’ CALENDAR.
B-roll: write the four numbers on the notepad as you say them.

One Job Into Seven (Blueprint)

CORE 5HOW-TO

Door: blueprint.stpierre.ai Β· comment SEVEN [confirm rail] Β· Belief pair: break "marketing gets the job" β†’ install "the JOB is the marketing"

Title: "Turn one job into seven ads"  Β·  Frame 1: phone held up in filming gesture β€” the mechanism visible on mute.

Hook

You think the purpose of marketing is to get the job.

That's true β€” once.

The operators pulling away learned it backwards: the purpose of the job is the marketing.

Body

Every week your crew fixes a real foundation for a genuinely worried homeowner β€” and nobody outside that house ever sees it. You're sitting on the best ad content in your market and driving away from it daily.

The blueprint: one job site, one sixty-minute stop, your crew films on a phone. Seven ads come out.

One β€” the problem up close. The crack, the water line, before it gets expensive.

Two β€” why it happened, in plain words. The video a worried homeowner searches at midnight.

Three β€” the fix in motion. Competence you can see.

Four β€” before and after. Oldest format on earth, because it works.

Five β€” the homeowner's word. One question: "what were you worried about, and how do you feel now?"

Six β€” the crew. The faces a stranger is about to let into their house.

Seven β€” the education cut. "Three signs your basement wall is moving." This one reaches the homeowners who haven't searched yet β€” and that's most of them.

Payoff

The job funds the marketing. The marketing fills the calendar. The calendar makes the next hire safe. Most companies buy attention. You can manufacture it from work you're already doing.

CTA

The full blueprint β€” shot list, homeowner questions, slating β€” is free. No email wall.

Blueprint dot stpierre dot ai, or comment SEVEN.

60s cut: hook β†’ "best content in your market" β†’ seven ads as seven fast lines β†’ CTA.
Stitch: ad seven's line bridges to V09 β€” record it clean.

Let Claude Run It (Free Kit)

CORE 5HYBRID

Door: comment SYSTEM [confirm rail] Β· Angle: the headless-chicken problem β†’ one brain

Title: "I run this company with Claude"  Β·  Frame 1: laptop terrace shot, Claude visibly on screen β€” the credential IS the frame.

Hook

I run this entire company with Claude.

Not as a gadget. As the operating system.

And I build the same machine for foundation and waterproofing contractors.

Body

Your Tuesday: a lead comes in on Facebook. You copy it into the CRM. The CRM doesn't talk to the calendar. The calendar doesn't talk to the ad account. Six logins, zero memory, and you in the middle β€” running around like a headless chicken, being the glue.

You don't need more software. You need one brain.

This company runs on one. The ads that found you β€” built with Claude. The system answering every lead in seconds and booking the calendar β€” Claude. The follow-up, the reporting, the morning numbers β€” same brain. It remembers every lead, every conversation, every job.

One person plus one brain, doing the work of a department. The operators who break away aren't better marketers. They stopped duct-taping tools together and built a machine.

The install

For your company, three things to start: every lead answered the second it arrives. Everything in one memory. Every closed job feeding the ads.

Fire your lead vendor. Build a backlog you own.

CTA

The starting point is packaged as a free kit for your niche β€” setup, prompts, checklist. No email wall.

The Bet

FOUNDER YAP

Door: soft β€” follow + manifesto link Β· Story: The Bet, verbatim open

Title: "I quit with 3 weeks of money left"  Β·  Frame 1: still, close, direct to lens. No motion β€” the stakes are the hook.

Open β€” verbatim, do not improvise

Three weeks. That's how much money I had left the day I walked away from the most established marketing operation in foundation and waterproofing.

No clients. No salary. Just the engine I'd spent two years building β€” and a bet that contractors deserved a version of it that actually served them.

Body

Everyone said the same thing: protect what you know. Sell before you show anything. That's what a smart, scared person does.

So I did the thing a broke person isn't supposed to do. I decided to give all of it away β€” the systems, the templates, the playbooks β€” in public, one piece a day, while the clock ran.

Not because I'm generous. Because I'm betting that the operator who hands you the whole machine is the one you'll want to build it with.

Why leave? The people were good. The model is the problem. The agency gets paid on activity β€” leads, reports, dashboards. The contractor carries all the risk. Two years in the engine room taught me what contractors actually bank: booked inspections that turn into jobs. I couldn't unsee it.

And I didn't rebuild the old machine. I rebuilt the whole engine with Claude. Not AI added on top β€” AI-First from the ground up. The terms match the bet: zero down, pay after results, week to week. If I'm wrong, it costs you nothing to find out.

CTA β€” soft

The clock's still running. I'm publishing the whole build as I go.

Follow along and watch whether the bet pays. The playbook itself is linked below β€” free. That's the point.

AI-First vs AI-Added

DOCTRINE

Door: manifesto LP (C1 β€” the lead-producing door) Β· Angle: the champion family Β· shoot right after V01

Title: "Every market gets ONE AI-First company"  Β·  Frame 1: walking, high energy. Text hook carries the claim.

Hook β€” champion, verbatim

Some foundation companies are adding AI tools.

One company in your market is about to be AI-First.

Those are not the same thing.

Body

Adding AI is a purchase. A chatbot here, a writing tool there, bolted onto the same broken process. Same shared leads, faster. Your competitor buys the same tools next quarter. Nothing changed.

Becoming AI-First is a rebuild. The machine sits in the middle: builds and tests the ads, answers every homeowner in seconds, qualifies in a real conversation, books the calendar, follows up β€” and every closed job feeds back in, so it gets smarter every month.

One is a feature. The other is a moat. You can copy a tool. You can't copy two years of a machine trained on someone else's closed jobs.

In two years, every foundation company will say they use AI. One per market will have been built on it.

Every market gets one AI-First foundation and waterproofing company. It's either you, or the guy you keep losing bids to.

And it's not theoretical β€” I run my own company this way. One person, Claude in the middle of everything. This video found you because of that machine.

One Number Was Always a Lie

FOUNDER YAPPROOF

Door: soft β€” follow Β· teases V10 Β· Story: Inside the Engine Room

Title: "One number was always a lie"  Β·  Frame 1: still, close. Deadpan β€” the confession frame.

Hook

Two years running lead gen inside one of the biggest foundation and waterproofing operations in the country.

And one number was always a lie.

Body

I wasn't the face. I was the engine room. Campaigns, intake, booking, calendars β€” around ten thousand booked inspections through systems I ran. Sit in that seat long enough and you learn which numbers are real and which are theater.

The lie is the lead count.

Every month the report says "you got 63 leads," and everyone nods. But I watched what happened after the report. Leads never called back. Bookings never confirmed. Estimates that died in a truck, forty minutes out, at a house nobody qualified.

The lead count measures the agency's activity. It doesn't measure your business. A contractor banks booked inspections that turn into sold jobs. Different number. Much more honest number.

The rule I took with me: do not trust the report. Trust the calendar. The calendar can't lie.

That lie is why I rebuilt the engine AI-First, with Claude β€” a machine pointed at the honest number, trained on the jobs you close, not the clicks somebody sold you.

CTA β€” soft

If the vendor's report looks great and your calendar looks thin, you know which one is lying.

Follow along β€” next video: I screened 805 contractor sites and found the same leaks on almost all of them.

60s cut: hook β†’ "I wasn't the face" β†’ "activity, not your business" β†’ "trust the calendar" β†’ follow.

The 97%

BELIEF-SHIFT

Door: content kit / resources link Β· Angle: the-97 + google-ceiling

Title: "You're fighting over 3% of your market"  Β·  Frame 1: walking, hand gesture splitting 3/97.

Hook

Every contractor on Google is fighting over 3 percent of the market.

Here's where the other 97 percent live.

Body

Foundation and waterproofing companies grow on Google, referrals, and lead vendors β€” then hit a wall around a few million a year. The wall isn't effort. It's math.

Search only captures people already searching β€” roughly 3 percent of your market at any moment. Everyone bids on the same 3 percent. That's why clicks get pricier every year while the leads feel worse.

Now the other 97: there's a homeowner in your market right now watching a crack get wider every year. She hasn't searched β€” it hasn't rained hard enough yet. She has the symptom. She doesn't have a contractor. Nobody is reaching her.

Facebook was never Google. Google captures demand. Social creates it. Most contractors run the creation channel like a capture channel, then conclude "Facebook doesn't work." It works fine β€” you were using a hammer as a screwdriver.

Payoff

The play is problem-first demand: short, plain videos that help her recognize the expensive problem before she searches. Three signs a wall is moving. What a wet corner in March means.

Whoever teaches her first walks in with trust already built β€” before the price war starts. No shared lead. No race. You're the only one in the room.

CTA

The free content kit has the exact topics, scripts, and formats that reach the 97 percent.

Resources hub, linked below. Steal it.

60s cut: hook β†’ "the wall is math" β†’ the crack scene β†’ "Facebook was never Google" β†’ link.

805 Websites, 8 Leaks

PROOF

Door: comment AUDIT [confirm rail] β†’ leak report Β· Angle: champion r4/c3

Title: "805 contractor sites. Same 8 leaks."  Β·  Frame 1: laptop in shot β€” the audit is the credential.

Hook β€” champion, verbatim

I screened 805 contractor websites.

I found the same 8 leaks on almost all of them.

And the expensive ones are the ones you can't see.

Body β€” the three biggest

Not a survey β€” I went through 805 foundation, waterproofing, and structural repair companies one by one. Same leaks, over and over, in seven-figure businesses. The three biggest:

Leak one: the black-hole form. A homeowner requests an inspection and nothing happens. No instant reply, no booking step. A lead that waits an hour isn't a lead anymore. It's a memory.

Leak two: no follow-up system. One call, a voicemail, silence β€” while roughly 60 percent of booked estimates need confirming or chasing. The follow-up is the job. The winners just refuse to let a booked appointment die quietly.

Leak three: nothing measured past the lead. Form fills get counted. Nobody tracks ad β†’ booked inspection β†’ sold job. So every decision is a guess, and every vendor grades their own homework.

Payoff

None of these are lead problems. Every one is a system problem β€” between the click and the calendar, and the calendar and the closed job. That's why "buy more leads" never fixes it. More water, same cracked bucket.

CTA

All eight leaks are written up in one free report β€” what each looks like, what it costs, the fix order.

Comment AUDIT and I'll send it to you.

60s cut: hook β†’ leak one β†’ "none are lead problems" β†’ AUDIT.
