🚪 The Core Five — Lead Magnets & Their Angles

From the Jul-18 co-CEO R3 session: five core lead magnets, each defined as a belief-break → belief-install contrarian pair. Below that: the full 22-angle registry map showing which planned angle drives traffic to which door (698 registered hooks in sp_creative_angles).

The core five

1 · Chatbot demo → demo.stpierre.ai

The leaky-funnel problem

BREAK: "I have a lead quality problem"
INSTALL: "It's a lead INTAKE problem."

Fed by: A5 Qualify-first and A6 Speed hooks · registry angles qualify-first (37), speed-wins (24), shared-leads (16), ai-behind-glass (16). CTA: comment DEMO (organic rail) or the demo LP. The demo bot doubles as the first AI-First install in the shoot's thesis.

2 · Next-hire calculator → plan.stpierre.ai/{niche}

The hire-on-a-guess problem

BREAK: "I need to hire a sales rep"
INSTALL: "Never hire a rep without these 4 numbers."

The 4 numbers: inspections to keep them booked · marketing investment required · projected revenue from the hire · rep OTE.

Fed by: A4 Calendar-confidence (the registry's biggest family, 70 hooks) and A7 Real-cost hooks. The Sales Rep Calendar Test is the named instrument. This is the belief under "a calendar too thin to make the next hire safe."

3 · 7-Ad Blueprint → blueprint.stpierre.ai/{slug}

The one-job-one-transaction problem

BREAK: "the purpose of marketing is the job"
INSTALL: "the purpose of the JOB is marketing."

Headline: "How to turn one job into seven more jobs." Fed by: A9 Google-ceiling/97% hooks · registry angles calendar-confidence, real-cost, google-ceiling, proof-loop. CTA: C4 — "Grab the 7-Ad Blueprint, free."

4 · Free Kit → kits.stpierre.ai/kits/{slug}

The headless-chicken problem

ANGLE: "Stop buying software — let Claude run your business."
("Stop running around like a headless chicken.")

Fed by: A12 AI-posture/data-loop hooks and #12 ("I run this entire company with Claude") · registry angles one-brain (36, → AI OS Kit) and data-loop (24). CTA: C5 — "Steal the kit / run your numbers." The kits page H1: "Fire your lead vendor. Build a backlog you own."

5 · Direct offer → start.stpierre.ai

No named problem — the straight lane

Deliberately NO contrarian take. The straight offer: "Tired of inconsistent weeks? I'll guarantee 10+ new {niche} jobs in 90 days—or you don't pay."

Your call in the session: the only lane deploy-ready immediately. Fed by: A10 Offer hooks (#41–42 verbatim) and the direct-promise champions r4/c4 and r4/c5. CTA: C3 — "Apply — takes two minutes." The ad headline is the LP H1 word-for-word.

Cut from R3 — and the one that un-cut itself

Frozen in place that session (not deleted, zero further work): recon audit · scoreboard · manifesto · market report. But by Jul 23 the manifesto-funnel statics had produced 5 of the first 7 leads (~$150 of the ~$360 tracked spend) — the data un-cut it, and the AI-First manifesto now holds the C1 priority CTA for the Cancun shoot. Treat the manifesto as a live sixth door for the AI-First angle specifically.

Trigger-word routing (the organic layer)

Comment words route to the same doors via the GHL comment→DM rail: SYSTEM (119) · MARKET (45) · STACK (42) · HIRE (37) · COST (35) · AUDIT (32) · PREMIUM (27) · CALENDAR (26) · MILLION (22) · SYMPTOM (15) · CEILING (12) · DEMO (10).

Two registry gaps + one landmine:
1. 177 hooks have no door assigned yet.
2. instant-proposals (12 hooks) has no magnet built behind it.
3. Stale offer copy: older registry rows still carry "$1 bet," "pay per booked inspection," and "5–10 inspections in 7 days" — the retired language behind 47 of 52 Meta rejections. Any hook pulled from pre-July batches gets its offer line swapped to "10+ new {niche} jobs in 90 days — or you don't pay" before it ships.
